SEO. How do you edit the links that pops up when you post your homepage?

    Okay, so when I post my url link on a post like Facebook, it has a description about my “About Me” which is weird. But when I tried to edit the SEOs to have a different description, it doesn’t change.

    I assume it’s because it’s the same link. Of course, the website link will never change. I tried it with the posts that I have and when I changed the SEOs, the description and title changes but when I switch back to the old links, it has the description of the old ones I wrote.

    Can someone help in editing the description and title of the link when it is posted on Facebook and other social media? Thank you.

    I’d consider looking into the WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin which has some social media integrations and a bunch of other custom settings to update and improve your page titles, descriptions, and various other SEO related bits of information.
