    Hi James, et al,

    I just set up NFs with the styling and table extensions and everything looks great. One problem, the table data is not being exported to the CSV file. Specifically, when you go to WP Forms>Submissions and view the submission you see all the data (great), but when you click Download Submission the table(s) data does not show up in the CSV file. Neither does it show up in the CSV that is mailed to the administrator*.

    I hope you agree that this is NOT a support request. This is core feature functionality and it really needs to be addressed. If you have an NF extension that can solve this problem by all means give me the name. But this has to be fixed. We can’t use the form the way it is*.

    *I know that separate CSV files can be sent to the admin, but I really hope THAT is NOT the solution you are proposing or satisfied with. If it is then the client is not going to be happy about that at all. Nor will I.

    Thanks,
    Frank

    @frank,

    This isn’t the appropriate place for support requests on products we sell as this is the free repository.

    You also submitted a support ticket for this issue on our site and we will be happy to respond to it there as soon as our support hours resume in the morning.

    That’s fine. I thought WordPress.com was the free site and .org was the site for purchased products. We can handle it on your site and you can delete this thread if you want.
