• I upgraded this again and still doens’t work. I figured it would finally work after backdating an upgrade a few months ago and still no fixes.\

Old posts created with the older version now say [Not a valid template]

When I create a new post I click the attach nextgen gallery to post, I get a pop up, I have to wait for 10-20 seconds before anything shows up. If I click on any of the tabs other than the first one, nothing ever loads, the pop up is empty, just white. If I click on the first tab, the info is there.

@kashyyyk – If you were using a custom template (or modified an existing template) those changes are lost/removed with updates … this is simply how the WordPress plugin update process works.

If you have a copy of the old “custom” template and re-add it to your installation all should start to sort itself out (provided the custom template is compatible with the current version of NextGEN Gallery).

As to the issues with the ATP, that would be different, and is often related to a plugin conflict, have you checked that possibility?

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
