Terms of Use Plugin not allowing access

I just recently installed a plugin on a site that I am working on called terms of use 0.1.

After installing it, I get this error when I try to go back.

I’ve tried going into the admin login but it gives me the same error message.

How can I access the admin panel and delete this plugin?
