I have tried all possible variations of cron settings in Mailpoet I can think of, but nothing seems to be working and mails are not sent after new content has been added. Preview and test emails work well, but for some reason even manually loading the cron address mailpoet creates in the settings page does not send the emails.

I installed the WP-Crontrol plugin and tried the wp cron also, but that did not work either (the wysija taks is shown in the list). Same thing with the serverside cron set up that was set to load the address that is mentioned in mailpoet’s settings.

Any ideas why mail is not sent? Am I missing something too easy here?

  • Hi Kunzi,

Normally this kind of problems are related to the hosting, if you contact us via our Support Page, we will help you faster.

    My Best Regards

I have been having this same issue. You guys have been helping me a lot, but posts are not being sent. I was asked to add mailpoet as an admin to my wordpress so you could take a look, but haven’t heard anything or received replies to my emails since.

Since this issue seems to have been resolved for someone else already, do you have any advice?

    Things I have done:
    created cron job on host
    reinstalled mail poet
    adjusted settings

test emails send perfectly, cron never sends automatic newsletter.

Hello! Please do not cross post. If you’re in touch with us already, stick to that conversation.

Otherwise, the support team is loosing precious time!

    Thanks again!
