I notice a conflict with plugin Simple Custom post Order. When both plugin are activated, the DESC/ASC order does not work.
I would like to display posts from newest to oldest but I only can display posts with the opposite order.
Does anyone know this issue?

Any post type order plugin will conflited with this plugin because they filter every post query including the query from it.

It will works if you deactivate the post type order 🙂
OK, so I have to activate the post type order plugin, then order my posts, then deactivate the post type order plugin to make the recent posts widget work.
I need the custom post order since I need to have posts to be in the front page not depending of the published date but of a custom order.
