    Try tick the box in Table IV-A8: Defer javascript.

    Defer javascript is: unchecked
    Inline styles is: checked

    And yes it works, but why the big image is not full width?
    here my settings for that:
    Table I-A1: auto
    Table I-B1: 845

    ah… i see why, it is about the image ration that should be: 1.333333
    I set 845×634 and it looks good

    Again, thanks for this plugin, it is realy awesome, I have never seen a free plugin with equal settings!
