    Hi Frank,

Great Plugin! Everything was working perfect when I first installed it, but now the “Active In” Section in the Network Admin Plugin Page is no longer showing if a plugin is active in a subdomain.

Several plugins are only active on individual subdomains but the “Active In” field is displaying these plugin’s as “Not Activated”.

I wish I had more information to help diagnose the issue, but if there is anything else I can provide to help, please let me know.

    Thanks for your time!

Can you validate this to a play install without Subdomain. Maybe is it only a issue on Subdomain-Installs?
Currently I haven’t a subdomain install and no time to play on localhost or create a install.

    Hi Frank,

Thanks for getting back to me. Not quite sure what you mean? Subdomain vs Subdirectory? Sorry for the confusion, but let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll get right back to you.

    Thanks again!

    Yes, right. Subdomain vs. Subdir.
But before 2s I have a customer install with subdir, there have also lost the right informations on the network plugin page. I will check this, maybe a difference in the WP core.

Yes, you are correct this is a Multisite with with Subdomains. I looked into when I updated to the newer version of WordPress and it was right before I first used your plugin, so I’ll try to see if maybe there is a conflict with a plugin that was activated or updated after effectively using Multisite Enhancement.

There’s quite a few plugins I’ll be looking into, so is there anything to look for (i.e. Other plugins that use similar information, or methods to obtain data)?

    Thanks again!

I don’ know about other plugins in this context. I have build this plugin, because I can’t find plugins, there get this information. I have a lot of mu installs and always I use the plugin, helpful.

    Hi Frank,

Even I am facing the same issue. All the plugins that are activated individually on a site are displaying as ‘Not Activated’. It is a multisite with subdir setup.
I am using wordpress version 3.9.1

Its a very useful plugin. Thanks!

I have found the problem and fix this in the next version, maybe tonight.

Just dealt with a major mishap because of this! I inherited a large multisite network, and was trying to remove unused plugins to beef up security. I used the information in the “active in” column to make this decision, which turned out to be a big mistake.

The sites in question are subdomain sites, and the plugins installed in them claim “not active”.

I installed “active plugins on multisite” and it correctly displays the information, while in this plugin, not so much.

I really liked all the functionality that this plugin offers, but can no longer trust the information that it provides. I also noticed that sites are not being listed on the themes page under themes that they are using. So, yeah. People, don’t base any decisions on the information that this plugin displays until it is fixed.

Forgot to add, I’m using version 1.0.5 which claims to have fixed this issue.
