flare plugin doesn't work and not showing label on hover

after installing wordpress flare plugin 1.2.7 and implementing it on top and bottom of the post it doesn’t show button when mouse hover on social share icons on both top and bottom having same problem.
So,I am unable to share my content to any of the social media sites due to
blank label is coming on mouse hover.
I have also tested it on different browser.In rare case it is running but mostly it doesnt work.
