[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] gallery links broken after update to 2.0.х

After update from 1.9.13 to 2.0.61 all galleries\albums links stopped working. This issue persists since 2.0.0.

I suppose the are several components in it.

1. First, this issue with “Link to page”. After update, all albums and galleries links are wrong, they leads to same page.

I have thousands of photos, 60 galleries, several albums, and “relinking” by hands all this stuff is not the best option. It’s better if its just worked after upgrade as it used to be 🙂

2. Wrong permalinks. If I try to “Unlink” album in settins, then I get this crazy permalink (because of cyrillic gallery names). AND this link still doesn’t work!

At the same moment old-style links “?page_id=243&album=1&gallery=61” works well (when I use them from old saved page)! But it seems there is no way to generate them on albums page in 2.x.x.

So,
[FEATURE\FIX REQUEST]: Please make an option like “Force old-style links generation”, that turns off permalinks and fallback old “Link to page” behaivour.

That will solve everything.

PS: Today it was second try for me to move to 2.x.x (first time was when 2.0.0 just came out), and again I spent all day struggling to fix those issues. Found no solution and had to use backups to roll back. NextCellent Gallery fork was my saivor, 1.9.13 won’t work well on last wordpress.
