As instructed on the plugin settings page, you may replace the default caret-down with any other Dashicon. Just visit Mel Choyce’s list of WordPress Dashicons on Github, copy the whole CSS including “content:”, paste it as a “custom icon” and save. The selected icon will then be used for the menu toplevel item(s), both responsive and normal.

I have currently no plans to improve this process, which I believe is relatively straightforward, of course this appreciation may vary.

i understand your point of custom icon but i makes no send for the user to understand icon when there is 10 links and submenu

why are you not making a mobile menu like we need for all mobile device

do not mean any disrespect as i can clearly see you are a great dev

your plugin is already great but today 70% of the traffic is on mobile and having a site with arrow or icon looks really poor so it takes away the use for visitor

if there is no mobile we are like ultimate branding from WMPU or other custom admin bar
