Revision Summary

    When I create a new file, I add the option for Revision Summary. I add my comments for the summary and when I create the file, the revision summary option disappears. When I check the screen options, the Revision Summary is checked, but it does not appear on the screen. If I disable it and enable it again it reappears.

    Also, The revision log does not appear which kind of sucks…

    * Are you using the latest version of WordPress?
    * Are you using the latest version of the plugin?
    * Does the problem occur even when you deactivate all plugins and use the default theme?
    * What steps can another user take to recreate the issue?
    * What is the expected outcome of that action?
    * What is the actual outcome of that action?
    * Are there any screenshots or screencasts that may be helpful to include?
