   I am very new to this and may be in over my head. I've uploaded Wordpress to Bluehost and see that my site is on the web. However, I don't see the tabs discussed in the documentation including the Administration Panel. Where is this supposed to be????? I have no idea how to post, etc. since I can't find any tabs.

   Your WordPress back-end should be someplace like:
   http://domainname.com/wordpress/wp-admin/index.php

   once you uploaded the scripts to bluehost server,
   visit your site yourdomain.com/wp-admin/ and complete the setup process. You will get the password for the admin page. Proceed from there.
