Some digital product show shipping?

Hi, All my products are digital download, all the products are mark download and all the shipping is disabled.

Any thoughts as why some product would show shipped?

It only happens on some product and I realized this is an error message for a plug-in but the owner of the plug-in is dealing is a huge person lose. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask here. The worse that can happen is being told to ask the plug in creator.

This error message comes on the emails of the products that sold.
