Resyncing and cache question

I’m displaying a list of videos from favorites. Just favorited another video, refreshed the page, but it failed to load the new video in the list. Tried a few times, then left it overnight hoping it just needed time. Checked this morning and the list is still the same.

I hit the resync button which did the job and now all the videos are displayed. Is there any setting to have the plugin clear the cache on a timely basis? I’d hate to have to manually resync each time a new video is favorited. Thanks! And great plugin.
