Thumbnails still not working properly

Hello,
I upgraded to 0.9.1 because it said it fixed the thumbnails not resizing issue. I have not been able to get any other size other than a square form my thumbnails. How come I cannot resize them to the dimensions I want? I have ran the rebuilt thumbnails widget.
