Different homepage shown to smartphone users?

    I’m working up a desktop/tablet homepage that makes use of parallax and very large background images with several different sections. I’m trying to think of a way to show a totally different homepage (different page within WordPress) to those users on smartphones, since there are just so many changes to make to the existing homepage.

    Is this possible? Thanks
