Having trouble with my theme

I’m having trouble getting this to work with my theme:

I have tried enabling/disabling the various options in admin; I’m running a plugin that should have updated to the latest version of jQuery.

Any ideas? (The bottom “Around the Web” widget is marked as fixed.)
