mailto links getting broken due to wrong Regex in parse_link

Hi!

I believe the regex for the parse_article_link function is wrong, since it’s breaking my code. See the matches here: http://regex101.com/r/sY4bW8
Note that the link with the mailto is an incorrect match.

How can I solve this?
