This forum: errors in registration

I logged in under another name and email address because I can’t log in under my real user name and email address due to the Incredible Circular Password error. So I got a temporary password – the random kind – and tried to log in here, once I was in, and change it to something memorable.

I can’t.

Even though I am logged in here – as you can see by the fact that I am posting, when I try to click on the “view your profile” link at the top of the page, assuming it would take me to a password change option, I get the page “user not found.“

Really, WordPress? Really, as I sit here, logged in? I would ask you to fix this, but the other password issue is much more grave. Yet I can’rt help but feel that somehow your inability to deal with passwords and logins may be related….
