   So far i've upgraded 8 blogs. Pretty large ones too and on different hosts with very different configs and plugins used.

   And all went off without a hitch. Didnt get no login problems or permalink issues.

   I used the automatic upgrade plugin http://techie-buzz.com/wordpress-plugins/wordpress-automatic-upgrade-12-release.html

   Maybe you guys should try it and save the headaches ?

   I tried the wordpress automatic upgrade. worked for 2.5, but now for 2.6 having problems.

   After it did the DB update, it won't let me log-in. I tried to reset the password no, luck.

   I'll be hunting around.
