• Plugin works fine, but for such a simple basic plugin, it sure does have alot of updates that I seem to have to manually update every other day. Becoming a bit annoying.

  • I know it can be annoying, but actually, that’s a good thing. It shows the author is trying to avoid jQuery conflicts with other functions and plugins.

Although the plugin seems simple, it is still several thousand lines of code that I maintain by myself and for free. Although I try to test my plugin as best as I can, it would be impossible to account for all the possible ways people are using the plugin with different versions of WordPress, themes, and other plugins. I release new updates based on user feedback and whether I think it’s important to push them right away. However, if you find that the version you’re using is working for you fine, it isn’t necessary to update the plugin right away.
