   I am trying to use this plugin (lightview-plus) with the Monochrome Gallery theme but it cripples the slideshow used on the front page.

   The slideshow uses mootools.

   I am assuming that Mootools does not play nice with Protoculous which is what Lightview uses, am I right?

   If this is the case, has anybody found a workaround for this problem?

   I had the same problem too and found no workaround so moved to a different lightbox application.
