Have you tried refreshing your permalinks?

WordPress admin > Settings > Permalinks > Click Save

This solves the problem most of the time.

That did not work. As soon as I reactivated RSS Aggregator (after the refresh) the 404 errors returned.

The aggregator must be activated before doing the permalinks refresh, so redo the process described by Miguel now and you should be fine.

I tried it again using the different order (reactivated the plugin, then the refresh) — still not working. Getting 404 errors on those pages.

Are you using the plugin alone, or do you have any of the premium plugins installed?

Furthermore, which version of the plugin are you using?

I do have the categories add on, but the custom posts break as soon as I activate the main plugin (without categories being activated) — and yes, I have refreshed the permalinks in every combination. I’m using the most recent update (from about a week ago).

Interesting. The refresh of the permalinks has always been the solution to this problem.

What permalink structure are you using?
And which custom post types are breaking?
Links to the themes/plugins that create these types will also help.
