I datewise insertion and showing in the table

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I’m not really sure what you mean here. You can enter any data into a table, including dates.

    Actually what i meant was my client wants that the automatically sorts the data according to the date to inputs.For example i put in a data abc with the date being 23rd june 2014 and the next data cbd with the date 21 may 2014 the 21st may data shall appear first . I hope can make you understand.

    Hi,

    thanks for the explanation! For this, you (or the client) should simply use the sorting function on the “Edit” screen.
    After adding new data, just click the sorting arrows at the top of the column with the dates to sort that column. (Note that the dates need the “MM/DD/YYYY” format, so that you might have to add another hidden column where you also add the date in that format for the sorting.)
