Slidedeck 2 Slowdown

Hi we updated your plugin today and it has suddenly started slowing our site down exponentially

seems to be the culprit, it’s taking close to 11.5 seconds to load while everything else is in the ms range. This is only the case after upgrading your plugin and upgrading to WordPress 3.9
