Suddenly there are 19errors detected as shown in Firefox. It seems fine as I see in Firefox (although it says that it has 19 errors), but in IE 6, the whole sidebar shift to the bottom. What is the problem?

For the errors - you have to validate your code (or posts). It might happen that fixing one error a lot of errors will go away...
As for IE - search: "IE sidebar down"
