Discount problem

Hope you can help me with this problem. I use woocommerce and have variable products.

Example: I set up a discount for ordering 4 items = $17
If an order is placed for four items, then they get $17 discount.
But, if that person orders the same item four times, the discount shows as $17 against each item.

I had a customer order 9 variable items and instead of getting $34 discount, they got $68.

Please help me fix this as I am loosing orders.

This plugin has always been the missing piece to woocommerce and when I found your plugin it fitted my needs perfectly. Please make it work.
