    Hi, there. I don’t have a specific answer for the issues you are bringing up.

    However, if you are using PayPal Standard, you can read this about potentially using PayPal Express instead, which is more tightly integrated with PMPro. There are also tips in there for troubleshooting IPN issues which helps all versions of PayPal that use IPN.

    Another thing I would suggest is upgrading your hosting if you are on a shared hosting plan. Often times when issues happen “sometimes but not always” or “for some people but not others” it is an issue with the host timing out.

    If your host caches pages, you’ll want to make sure the IPN URL is specifically not cached.

    Another thing to try if you are able to reproduce the bugs every time is deactivating other plugins or themes and seeing if the bugs persists. It may not particularly be an issue with that plugin, but could be a compatibility with it and PMPro. If you find a plugin like this, let us know and we can test and try to get them to play nice together.
