problem with footer widget translation in woocommerce category page

Hi,

i notice a bug with widget logic in my footer (RECENT POST WIDGET).
I’m using for this part the localisation coding to display ENGLISH or FRENCH or JAPANESE.

it works fine on the main page http://www.virtuoseparis.com
In works fine on the shop page http://www.virtuoseparis.com/shop/
It works fine on single product page.

But for any reason, it do not work in the CATEGORY PAGE such as :
http://www.virtuoseparis.com/product-category/bras/
http://www.virtuoseparis.com/shop/panties/

I use the regular quote in my widget ” ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE == ‘en’ ” changing the en into other language code for other side website.

The woocommerce shop isn’t translated yet. Only english. But if it works fine on shop / single page product, why doesn’t it work for the CATEGORY PRODUCT page ?
