Paypal ERP with Pro Forms, Possible?

I read in the documentation that I could allow recurring payments without the need for my users to have a Paypal account or requiring them to signup if I used Paypal Enhanced Recurring Payments. They will be able to pay with their credit cards when sent to the Paypal page. And this does work, if I use the Paypal Buttons.

However I am using Pro Forms to allow me to handle user registration at the same time as payment and in order to allow the users to select from 5 different membership options. But with these forms it seems that ERP does not work, that is, users are not offered the option to pay without a paypal account or paypal signup.

So ERP does not work with Pro Forms?

I don’t need my users to pay on-site so I don’t need Paypal Pro. But I do need recurring payments, registration at same time as payment, and multiple membership options.
