The download links both here and from the author page are dead! This plugin was announced yesterday, July 16 on the author (Evans Codeworks) site, and there is no explanation for the disappearance of the download. Version 1.19 is available HERE.

I guess the upload to Wordpress didn't work as planned. Evan Codeworks clearly states that it should be downloaded from the WP site, so it is the WP download that is somehow missing.
The development version looks promising though:
