   Does anyone know if only the master system admin receives comment notifications?

   Are you the master admin? Hmm, perhaps I should rephrase the question, do all admins receive comment notifications with 2.5+?

   It used to be only the main WP admin that you define in your options settings.

   Looks like the address in "settings" - general settings gets the moderation email, then the AUTHOR gets the "there's a new comment" email when it is approved.
