Site & Dashboard Very Slow – have tried everything!

    Site is suddenly very slow, dashboard as well. This didn’t occur with a new plugin or update – just went from being pretty snappy to very slow. I’ve spent a day going through the forums and trying everything that was suggested, and am not having any luck…

    I’m not a web developer, just a guy with a WP site for work – so any help would be great!

    Do you use any third party plugins that are trying to connect to an external website at all?

    Active Plugins: Agentpress listings, akismet, dsIDXexpress, FBF Facebook feed, Genesis Layout Extras, Genesis Simple Sidebars, Genesis Slider, Google XMK Sitemaps, Gravity Forms, P3 profiler, Simple Social Icons.

    The only ones i know are reaching out are the Facebook feed plugin and the IDXexpress plugin – however the idx plugin really should only be reaching out for external content from that specific search page – it links to regional MLS databases.
