Appearance > Customize * Not working

    Hi there

    I’m having a problem with the customize menu. It worked fine a couple of days ago and I haven’t made any changes to the site, but now for some reason it won’t open the expandable menus or let me do anything, it’s there but it’s non-functional.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Hi Lunaya,

    Have you installed any new plugins or themes since you noticed that the customize menu isn’t working correctly?

    I would also recommend enabling PHP error logging. This can be done with the following code in your .htaccess file

    # enable PHP error logging
php_value error_reporting 30719
php_flag log_errors on
php_value error_log /var/www/php_error_your_domain.log

    Oh yes actually I have installed a bunch of new plugins… maybe that’s what happened actually !!!
