That would require the creation of a child theme and a good understanding of PHP/CSS code manipulation.
What is you code comfort level and also could you provide more details on the exact layout you are looking for?

Got a child theme, and I’ve got a good understanding of PHP and CSS. Just need to know what I need to add to the php to make the first post the most prominent. Such as a bigger image and being able to make it stand out more. Maybe a longer excerpt as well.
