I’m wondering if this plugin will interface with WooCommerce on a site that has 5 locations. They want to allow people to purchase a class on the site with WooCommerce and then schedule it with the correct location.

Yes, our scheduler can integrate with WooCommerce so that people could purchase a class and schedule it via WooCommerce..
