Download updated files only.

    Is there anyway to download only the updated files for version 2.6?
    Or is there anyway to download the whole copy, and find out what those updated files where, and just upload those.

    Because, I made a whole bunch of custom changes to the Admin side of WP and I don’t feel like going and making them again, unless the updated was in that file.
