   After upgrading from 2.5 to 2.6 I noticed that all non English text in my blog has been messed up. I look at the posts and the actual text there has been changed from Japanese to mumbo jumbo. Any way to fix this without having to go back through years of posts manually correcting? Thanks.

   Probably You should correct wp-config.php file
   define('DB_COLLATE', 'utf8');

   It works for me. All my content in russian.
