Hi, I’ve been using your excellent theme for a long time. I’ve always used it in conjunction with a plugin called wp-members. Until the last couple of days all was excellent. WP-Members blocks the content of a post, as I want people to subscribe to the condent. Viewers will see a featured image, and a little text, then I use the ‘more’ tag to hide the rest of the content. Until recently, the message saying ‘This content is for subscribers only, and a couple of ‘subscribe graphics’ would appear directly under the featured image, now a user would have to scroll an eternity to see these messages, as their is now tons of white space. I did try and ‘switch off’ the ‘share’ options on the right, but to no avail. I have tried everything, and I’m in contact with the guy who created ‘wp-members’ but we are lost, would you have any idea where to start?? Here’s an excert from an e-mail discussion:

“I took out the code from your posts as that’s not really where you’re going to track down the issue – You need to know what is executing on the page, what the generated HTML markup looks like, and where that generated HTML is coming from.

It is kind of tedious like looking for a needle in a haystack, but the only way to figure it out is to look at the generated source of the page. You really only need to look at that middle section, though – you don’t need the entire page. But you do need to be able to review HTML markup and see if all the divs in that section have a logical closing tag. As I mentioned earlier, it appears that the closing div for the share buttons in that content area comes after the content area, which I don’t think is intentional/correct – but it is important to note that that is just a cursory review and I don’t have working knowledge of what is supposed to be there and what is not.”
