    I just fixed mine by going to the Permalinks page, and typing 'category' into the category field, and 'tag' into the tag field. Seems to be ok for now...

    I had the same problem today. Just had to manage each post and save each one. The save fixed the links on its own.

    Maybe I'll get better luck finding a solution in this post. My issue deals with permalinks as well. My permalink setup is /%category%/%postname%/ but the problem is i can type anything under the category in the address bar and still find the page. I've pasted an example below.

    Correct/Original:
    http://www.gearculture.com/culture/ri1-whiskey/

    WTH?/Bad/Duplicates:
    http://www.gearculture.com/1234/ri1-whiskey/
    http://www.gearculture.com/WTF/ri1-whiskey/
    http://www.gearculture.com/Please_Help_This_Sux/ri1-whiskey/
