   How do you go about getting into an iPod Touch/iPhone's files to install this? Do you have to jailbreak it? Is there another way?

   It's installed on the web site and accessed via the browser.

   You go to the admin page for your Wordpress installation, and there's a tickbox for the mobile interface.

   No additional apps needed.

   You are confusing WPhone with the WordPress App by Automattic. WPhone came out long before you could add applications to your iPhone.
