    good morning
    For the last week I’ve had troubles that appear to be connection issues, ie; Curl related. (cURL communication error 60 SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK.     I’ve tried to reauthorize to no avail, from the Facebook side of the App it does not appear to be able to talk to the servers at Godaddy at all with this error: Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection. I’m getting frustrated because I don’t know what I’m doing, and doubtless making matters worse.

    I don’t know what this means: “Please reply to the activation instructions to get support.” did I not do something? Please help I love this plugin. Brian Rodgers

    Pro users will receive an e-mail about how to activate the pro version. To verify that you are a pro user and to get support, you will need to reply to this e-mail.

    About your problem: if the suggestions in the FAQ do not help, only your hosting provider can solve your problem.

    did not get an email am I somehow no longer a pro user?

    I answered all e-mails I got, like always. However, some bounced for different reasons (mailbox full, etc), maybe yours was one of them, so try again.

    Facebook side this morning appears to be talking to my server at http://outfitnm.com however now it won’t authorize. I’ve reset the App secret. Sincerely Brian Rodgers

    There is only support for pro version users. If you are a pro version user, please reply to the pro version activation instructions with your question to get support. I do not support the plugin here on wordpress.org

    I don’t want to squibble but I did donate and you did make me a pro user two years ago, please tell me how to get back in your good graces

    “Just reply to the pro version activation instructions and I will help you.” I would love to but maybe this is part of the issue. I do not see it on my screen. Could it have gone away with an update?

    The pro version activation instructions are contained in an e-mail. If you have lost this e-mail message, you can contact me using this contact form, but be sure to include the PayPal e-mail address you have donated from, so I can look up things.
