I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with the latest version. That sounds like there is a code error occurring, and you have visible errors turned off (which is correct) so it’s showing a white page. Do you log errors? If so, the error log could provide some answers for us.

That’s strange that the pages have errors, but not posts. I would like to ask you more questions, including which WordPress versions you are using, and get a list of plugins from you so I see if there are compatibility issues going on here. Also, please include the version PHP if you know it. If you are not comfortable posting all of that publicly, you can use the Support form and send it to me in private.

I will be looking into this issue. The more info you can provide, the more helpful that will be as I try to fix this.

Thanks for looking in to this. First note that I dont get the white page of dead. The header and menu is still there – only page content and widget area is empty. I am not sure when the problem first started as it only hit the pages and not the blog posts – I only noticed it yesterday.

I have very few plugins installed on the site in question, but it is a multisite if that matters. The plugin is installed and to be used on the subsite where the error showed up first. For testing I enabled the plugin on the base site which is more simple and uses a wordpress theme – and got the empty page as shown.

The Apache error log shows no errors when the empty page is viewed but I have some errors in the log from yesterday (may be from the time of update). I’ll post the error log in your support.

Hmm.. just noticed that plugins “Simple links” Version 2.4.3 and “OpenID” Version 3.3.4 is not shown on above list. These are the only plugins in use on base site.

You’re very welcome. Thanks for providing that info. I’ll see what I can figure out and get back with you as soon as I can.

Just to follow up…I’m still working on this.

The issue should be fixed in this new version. If by chance you’re still having the issue, we can continue our email conversation, and do more diagnosis to make sure we get it fixed for you.
