I have blog with Wordpress 2.5.1. I tried to upgrade to 2.6, upgarde.php displays only empty page, and nothing is happening. I have tried to upgrade two other blogs, and nothing. Something is really wrong with this upgrade.
This wasn't a problem before, and all the other versions upgarded just fine. Please, post a solution to a problem, or new 2.6 build with fixed upgrade errors.
I just did an upgrade in my test. No problems. I'm just going around to see the changes and make sure that everything works. I haven't ran into any problems so far.
When I try upgrade on localhost, it works. But one I have hosted is not. I have full access to my wbesite, and all folders that need write access, have write access, everything is set ok, but the upgrade is not working.
Found the problem!
Problem was not with WP 2.6 but with WP-Downloadmanager plugin that uses same function name as WP 2.6. Upgrading DownloadManager to newest versions fixes the problem, and upgrade goes without a problem.
