Visual Editor doesn't work after upgrade to 3.9

    I updated to wordpress 3.9 and my visual editor is not working. When I click the tab for visual editor, it just hangs.

    I am using the RawFolio Bold Reloaded theme.

    I went through the steps of deactivating all the plugins, switching the theme to 2014, clearing the browser cache, and then re-enabled the Bold Reloaded theme, but that doesn’t work.

    Please let me know what could be causing this issue.
