Feed correct, live, no transactions being made & saving card numbers

I have been working over a week with settings, I’ve removed all other plugins, created a stand alone form, all the keys are good, and am using ssl. I’m on my last guess before giving up.

When sending a live transaction, if it is not .50 cents, say I was testing 0.00, but entering a live credit card. My live credit card number is being sent through notifications in full, and we are receiving no notification from Swipe.

The cards being saved and sent, makes me think it’s a larger issue. Could I have a bad installation of the plugin? At this point I’m at a bit of a loss.
