Plugin Uploaded/Doesn’t Seem to Work

Can you help me out? I uploaded the last one (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/advanced-category-excluder/)

and it came out on my dashboard as ACE. Its maybe too big? It won’t let me post and when I click it it goes to my blog as a 404 user not found.

Am I missing something here?
