Can't get excerpts to show using CPTs

    Man this plugin is sweet.

    Have a question, I’m using the_excerpt() in my search.php template, but I can only get titles to show up, no excerpts. My site is built around custom post types and ACF fields. Is there a way to get it to show a summary or excerpt for these?

    If I need to get the premium version to do it, without hesitation I will. Just don’t want to drop the bucks until I know what is needed.

    Custom post types should not be a problem, but ACF fields will not appear in excerpts unless you make Relevanssi aware of them.

    Here’s how you add custom fields to excerpts. ACF fields can be a bit more complicated than that, but I’m not an expert on ACF.

    There should be no need for Premium version to get this to work (but if you buy Premium, I can help).
