Custom Archive Post Titles Dependent on Category

I have a bit of a strange one due to a certain method we are using with displaying the post titles in one particular category.

I want my archive pages displaying just the post title and time/date posted. I want to be able to create the pages whereby the titles from a specific category are customised and different to the others, I am sure this is possible but I have been unable to find the suitable php.
